Your Role
Deliver excellent, compassionate, patient-centered care in line with Crookwell District Hospital and Preferred Care standards.
Work collaboratively with medical and allied health teams to provide well-rounded care across a variety of patient needs.
Accurately manage clinical documentation and contribute to smooth patient transitions and handovers.
Uphold the values of dignity, respect, and empathy in every interaction.
What You Need to Bring
AHPRA Registration: Current and unrestricted.
Clinical Experience: At least 2 years of recent experience in acute care, aged care, or community health.
Adaptability & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust to a variety of clinical environments.
Professional Reliability: A flexible, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to high standards of care.
