About our Mentor Program
Our Mentor Program is specifically created to support nursing graduates and nurses new to aged care, by pairing them with experienced registered or enrolled nurses who serve as mentors. Our mentors offer a wealth of knowledge while guiding best practices and helping to ease the transition into the aged care and healthcare workforce.
